BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HYBRID IN-PERSON AND ONLINE MEETINGS DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE
As the Development Services Department continues to improve the project submittal process, we are pleased to announce that the department has upgraded its online permit review system, ProjectDox ePlan, to the latest version 9.1. You’re login credentials will remain the same if you are a current user of our ePlan 8.3 system.
The County will host free ePlan Review training sessions. Due to the COVID-19 situation, these sessions will be held online. Those interested can review the schedule for Building Division and Planning & Development Division classes and sign up at the ePlan Training Class Registration page. For first time users instructions are available at the ePlan First Time User Setup page.

The Planning and Development Division lobby is open for business from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Due to limited staffing there may be longer wait times. For the safety of our customers and staff, we encourage all customers to practice social distancing and wear masks while inside the building. The Planning Division will supply a mask if you do not have one.
