Customer Service is our First Priority
The billing process begins with meter reading. These readings are then transferred electronically to our computer system where they are posted to the individual accounts. The bills are then calculated, printed and sent to our customers.
In 1986, we serviced approximately 9,000 customers. The bills were generated by computer, but each bill was hand sorted by zip code. In 2014, we serviced approximately 47,347 customers and their bills are sorted by zip code on the computer.
