Tennis for the “Health of It”

Tennis is the sport of a lifetime and you are never too old to start. It provides aerobic fitness by burning fat and improving your cardiovascular fitness and maintains energy levels. Certified professionals make this program fun and while providing a great
learning environment for the early stages of competition.

Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Strategy

Softball Leagues Sizzle!

Seminole County offers the great game of softball for men, women, coed

and seniors at various levels of play. Bring your own team or let us locate a
team for you! Season consists of 10 games played one night per week plus
an end-of-season playoff. League champions receive individual shirts and
playoff winners receive a team award.
